Looking to buy a hedgehog and advice on hedgehog care

Hi,
I'm looking to buy a hedgehog preferably,
- a baby that has learn how to eat and drink water.
- salt and pepper colour.
- not an inbred hedgehog.
- healthy, active and tame.
As this would be my first time owning a hedgehog, any advice about how to provide it with the best living environment is most welcomed. No worries bout TLC cause I have abundance of that ;'D
